A major city north of Austin with established subdivisions, newer master-planned communities, employment centers, parks, and access to both Interstate 35 and State Highway 45.

Georgetown, Texas
A growing Williamson County city shaped by its historic downtown square, the San Gabriel River, Lake Georgetown, established neighborhoods, active-adult communities, and substantial new construction.

Leander, Texas
One of the region's fastest-growing cities, with substantial newer housing, master-planned communities, expanding commercial areas, and MetroRail access into Austin.

Liberty Hill, Texas
A rapidly developing area northwest of Austin where newer subdivisions, acreage properties, custom homes, and remaining rural land meet expanding roads and commercial development.

Cedar Park, Texas
An established northwest suburb with mature residential areas, newer developments, extensive parks and trails, major retail corridors, and direct access to northwest Austin.
